self-identification and DEI performance questionsin the form of a
survey sent out to all employees of a company or department. We recognize that each department and region may have unique characteristics, which is why our questions are carefully adapted to ensure the data we collect is specific and relevant to them.
The self-identification part of the survey
captures insights across up to 27 identity markers. The DEI part of the survey gives us
a clear understanding of the perception of employees of the company's performancein their diversity, equity, inclusion efforts.
We ask questions about the
overall work environmentand pay special attention to
identifying high-risk situations that require immediate attention. This comprehensive approach empowers organizations to address DEI challenges with precision and effectiveness.
